Nambypamby, Ignorant-of-Christianity Evangelicals. Why take the reader’s judment at face value–that her friends are truly “toxic” because they are “negative, discouraging, and judgmental?” Maybe they have good reason to be. Maybe these descriptors are in the eye of a sinful beholder who is engaging in censurable behavior. In any event, I dislike such common, saintly traits being treated as if they are clear-cut ills.
