Wasted on the Young
October 13, 2005
I guess you can’t expect much from a guy named Jurkowitz, but his top ten upcoming journalists includes nary a flak-jacket wearing Hunter Thompson protégé. I did have a look at the one blogger listed. She seems to be building a career as spokesperson for disaffected young spendthrifts who wasted too much youth and credit going to places like Yale so as to ensure their access to the economic lifestyle of their parents, with whom they tend to have troubled relationships. My. Aren’t the 90s over? At any rate, this young up-and-comer doesn’t grasp the basics of political geography, nor does she know that George Mason University is in Fairfax, VA–not Goober Holler, WV.
